2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
3 (14.5 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups chopped onions
4 cups chopped bell peppers
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
Mix diced tomatoes and tomato paste together in the slow cooker; add chili powder, oregano, cumin, chipotle pepper powder, and cayenne pepper and stir. Layer ground beef, kidney beans, onions, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic over tomato mixture.
Cook on High for 3 hours. Reduce heat to Low and cook until flavors have blended, at least 3 hours more. Add more diced tomatoes, if desired.

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
4 (11.5 ounce) cans tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup water

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the onion, green bell pepper and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the beef and cook until brown. Transfer these ingredients to a slow cooker.
Then, to the slow cooker, add tomato-vegetable juice, soup, chili beans, cayenne pepper, chili powder, soy sauce and water.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low setting for 2 hours.

1 green bell pepper, chopped

ground black pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn (no salt added), drained

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Transfer beef to slow cooker.
Stir kidney beans, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, green bell pepper, green chile peppers, chili powder, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper into the ground beef.
Cook on Low 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours. Stir corn into the chili and continue cooking 30 minutes more.
