3 lbs 90% lean ground beef

2 (8 ounce) packages food you feel good about cleaned & cut chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) package food you feel good about frozen peppers and onions
3 garlic cloves, food you feel good about peeled, minced
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
7 tablespoons about 2 oz chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can wegmans dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can italian classics cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 (12 ounce) bottles wegmans chili sauce (12 oz each)
1 (12 ounce) bottle beer or 1 1/2 cups food you feel good about beef stock

You'll Need: Large stockpot

1.Heat vegetable oil on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add ground beef; cook 8-10 min until browned. Season to taste with salt.

2.Add chopped onions, green peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring, 3-5 minute Add Worcestershire sauce; cook 3 minute.

3.Reduce heat to MEDIUM; stir in chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Cook 5 minute Reduce heat to LOW; add kidney beans, cannellini beans, chili sauce, and beer (or stock). Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.

2 pkgs (7 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Diced Green Peppers
2 pkgs (7 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Chopped Onions
2 Tbsp McCormick Gourmet Collection Mexican-Style Chili Powder

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Wegmans Soy Sauce
6 Food You Feel Good About Bay Leaves (or 2 dried)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cumin
2 cans (14.5 oz each) Wegmans Diced Tomatoes
1 carton (32 oz) Food You Feel Good About Chicken Culinary Stock
2 cans (15.5 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
Instruction
You'll Need: Large stockpot
Directions:
Heat oil in large stockpot on MEDIUM-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add ground turkey. Crumble and sear until lightly browned, about 5 min.
Add garlic, peppers, and onions to browned ground turkey. Stir in chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bay leaves, cloves, and cumin.
Add tomatoes and stock. Bring to simmer; add beans. Continue to simmer, uncovered, on MEDIUM-LOW about 45 min, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaves. Ladle chili into warmed bowls; serve.
